Luggage Storage and Lockers Insurance
Your luggage and belongings are very important to us. For this reason, our luggage storage unit is monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, in the unlikely event that your luggage and belongings are lost, damaged or stolen, we will take full responsibility. Guests who choose the insurance option can be assured that all their belongings will be fully covered by our 3,000 Euro insurance, but you just need to comply with our terms and conditions. The owner of the baggage declares there is no money, jewellery or other valuables, illegal firearms or illegal drugs, or breakable or perishable items in his or her baggage, and understands that Istanbul Luggage Storage cannot be held responsible if this declaration is proven to be untrue. Istanbul Luggage Storage can only accept full responsibility if they are proven to be at fault, and only after the camera recordings have been checked.

Our new luggage-storage unit is centrally located and highly-secure, with 24-hour security cameras in place. Your suitcases and belongings will be placed in individual lockers, and locked with a password chosen by you.
Our luggage-storage unit is conveniently located in Eminönü, close to the Spice Market and Galata Bridge, and only a short walk to the main tourist sites in the Old City of Sultanahmet, and the Grand Bazaar.
We have a capacity for 300 suitcases, and in addition we offer Water, Phone Chargers and Luggage Scales.
We have a WC for our customers’ use, and a shower facility for a small additional charge to freshen up before your onward travel.
As you can see, we offer a highly-professional luggage-storage service, with many extras.
We are open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day throughout the year, and we speak English.
